Pésima entrega

La mochila es muy bonita y de buena calidad. La entrega fue un desastre: primero me mandaron una que no era (muy rápido, esta primera), pedí que me mandaran la correcta y llegó muy tarde (era para un cumpleaños, obviamente no llegó a tiempo), con avisos de que iba a llegar cada día y luego no llegaba (con lo que eso supone de estar pendiente y esperando en casa) y sin ningún tipo de compromiso o respuesta por parte de la tienda (me han contestado ahora, cuando ya me ha llegado), que además no tienen teléfono para poder llamarles para hablar con ellos. Me gustan mucho los productos, pero no cuidan al cliente.
