PRICES
All products indicate the sale price in Euros (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT).
SHIPPING COSTS
MUMKASHOES SL makes shipments nationally and internationally in the following countries:
Spain (excluding Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Portugal, France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Slovenia, Denmark, Finland, Gibraltar, Greece, Italy, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Romania, San Marino, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom.
Shipments made nationwide (excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) will have zero cost when the amount of the purchase exceeds €66, including transport and insurance. International shipments will have a cost that will depend on the customs laws of each country and it will be the client who will have to pay it in cash in order to receive the merchandise once the order has reached its destination. In other words, the recipient or client will be responsible for all import expenses and taxes generated at the customs office of destination, whether the merchandise is delivered to them or not.
An attempt will be made to send the order in the shortest possible time, but the recipient must take into account the provisions of the country of destination for the importation of the requested items, since MUMKASHOES SL has no responsibility for them. ORDER DELIVERY
Once the Shipping Confirmation has been sent, the Product will be delivered to the address indicated by the user when placing the Order within approximately two to five (2-5) business days from the time they leave the MUMKASHOES SL warehouse within from Spanish territory (including here the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla). According to the provisions of article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of consumers and Users, the supplies of services or goods made in accordance with the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized, or that, by their nature, cannot be returned or can deteriorate or expire quickly, are exempt from withdrawal.
-Return/Exchange size
Once the order is received, you have 14 calendar days to change and/or return the products you want. If you want to change the product received for another model or pattern, you will have to return the model that has been received and place a new order. MUMKASHOES SL will be responsible for the exchange costs in the following countries: Spain (Except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Germany, Austria, France, Portugal. For the rest of the world, the exchange costs will be borne by the customers and the return can be made by any courier company.
In case of returns, the shipping cost is not refunded.
In all cases, the products to be returned and/or exchanged must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Therefore, to avoid transport problems, please ensure that the package is duly protected and sealed. Once received, MUMKASHOES SL will check its status. As soon as we verify that both the item(s), as well as the possible components, accessories, promotional gifts and documentation, are complete and in perfect condition, we will proceed to return the money paid for the products purchased. In no case will the amount paid for "Shipping" be refunded.
- Payment refund
In case of unjustified delay, maximum of 21 calendar days, by MUMKASHOES SL, regarding the return of the amounts paid, the client may claim double the amounts paid, without prejudice to the right to be compensated for damages. suffered in excess of said amount.
